STATEMENT

All my tarot readings are confidential and will never be shared with anyone without the client’s permission.

My tarot readings are done to the best of my ability with honesty, empathy and supporting you with guidance.

I perform readings for clients who are only 18 or older.

 

CODES OF ETHIC

  • I am an intuitive tarot reader, I am not a Psychic or Medium.

  • All Readings are completely Private and Confidential. I will not share them with a Third-Party.

  • My personal readings are not absolute.

  • As a Tarot Reader, I will not offer my opinion however, I will provide guidance which I receive when connecting to Source.

  • I will not interfere with the free will of the client.

  • Any decisions made or actions taken by the client as a result of my personal readings are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • My personal readings are constructive and to empower and guide the client.

  • I will be honest in what I see and will not give false hopes or empty promises in order to keep the client satisfied.

  • As an Empath, I will be compassionate, tactful and sensitive to your feelings and will not judge or condemn.

  • I will never refuse a Client on the Grounds of race, colour, religious Belief, disability or sexual orientation.

  • I do not invoke or remove spells or curses

RENS LONDON READINGS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Predicting lottery numbers, financial, legal or medical advice as I am not professionally qualified to do so

  • predicting death dates, predicting exact dates of events. There is no time in the spirit world and time is always fluid

  • reading about past lives

  • reading about pregnancy

  • diagnosing illnesses or finding cures for illnesses

  • reading about spells 

I reserve the right to decline giving a Tarot reading which violates my personal ethics.

You acknowledge that my Tarot readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other health care service, nor any other professional advice for which I am not qualified. In such cases, I will recommend you to seek help and guidance from a medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other professional.

You acknowledge that all predictions of the future are not guaranteed outcomes. The predictions are expressions of opinion only. The predictions are based on the current events and the outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will from the moment the Tarot reading is delivered to you.

HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED

Your personal information is used solely to contact you and deliver the service you purchased from me.

If you have subscribed, this is to be used for newsletters, discounts and updates

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Clients outside the UK should be aware that Rens London prices are displayed in sterling, and it is their responsibility to check the currency exchange rate.

You acknowledge there is a time difference and to be mindful of this before requesting updates of your reading

CANCELLATION POLICY, RETURN POLICY, AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason (illness or personal), I am unable to do your reading, a full refund will be processed. If you do not require a refund you can rebook for a later date.

I do not offer refunds for cancellations or exchanges of readings so please ensure you are certain of the topic of the reading before purchasing.

I do not offer refunds if you do not like your reading for any reason.

I do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel the reading solely due to a change of mind

I am not responsible for your emotional and/or mental reaction to the reading. There are no exceptions.

DELIVERY

Delivery of the reading is by e-mail attaching a private YouTube video link. All readings are delivered 3 business days excluding closing days (Saturday & Sunday)
